1. Data controller

The controller of your personal data is GORBREX Machinery Trade Sp.z o.o., ul. Mstowska 10A, 42-240 Rudniki. In all matters concerning personal data you can contact us at: gorbrex@gorbrex.pl.

2. What data we collect

We process the data you provide voluntarily in our forms: name and surname, company name, e-mail address, telephone number, the content of your message and any documents you attach.

We also store technical data automatically: IP address (used only to determine the country and city of the visit), browser type, referring page and the subpages you visit. This data is used in aggregate form to analyse traffic and improve the website.

3. Purposes and legal bases

Answering your inquiry and preparing an offer: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps prior to entering into a contract).

Contact, correspondence and our own marketing of related products and services: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest).

Sending offers, a newsletter and information about new machines: Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (your consent), which you may withdraw at any time.

Keeping accounting and tax documentation and handling claims: Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR (legal obligation) and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

4. Recipients of data

Your data may be shared with entities that support us in operating the website and communicating with you: e-mail and hosting providers, IT system providers and legal advisers. They process data only on our documented instruction and only to the extent necessary. We do not sell your data to anyone.

5. How long we keep data

Inquiry data is kept for the time needed to handle the inquiry and prepare an offer, and afterwards for up to 3 years from the last contact.

Newsletter and offer data is kept until you withdraw your consent.

Accounting and tax documents are kept for the period required by law (5 years).

6. Your rights

You have the right to access your data, to rectify it, to erase it, to restrict processing, to data portability, to object to processing, and to withdraw your consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal.

You may also lodge a complaint with your data protection supervisory authority.

7. Cookies

The website uses cookies that are necessary for it to work properly and, where you consent, cookies used to analyse traffic. You can delete or block cookies at any time in your browser settings; this may limit some functionalities of the site.

8. Security and contact

Data is transmitted over an encrypted connection and stored on secured servers. Access to it is limited to authorised persons only.
